My IWKB Story — “Prayer Changed Me!” This is my story. I had been on earth for over two decades before I joined IWKB, and in all that time, I had never prayed personally for 30 minutes. My prayer life was built around corporate gatherings: vigils, church programs, and prayer meetings but I never truly knew what it meant to commune with God alone. I used to admire those who spoke in tongues. I saw them as God’s special children; the deeply spiritual ones not realizing that the promise of the Holy Ghost was mine too. My prayer journey began when I joined Women Kingdom Banquet (WKB). The first 30 minutes of personal prayer I ever did was a struggle. I remember constantly checking the time, wondering when it would be over yet I could watch Korean movies for hours without blinking (hahaha!). My transformation didn’t happen overnight, but I made up my mind to stay consistent. The accountability system in IWKB was exactly what I needed. Bit by bit, prayer became not just an activity, but a lifeline; a rhythm, a love language between me and God. Today, my prayer life has grown from shallow whispers to deep communion — from moments of struggle to hours of joy in the Holy Ghost. I can now pray in tongues for hours, not out of effort, but out of intimacy. Prayer has opened many doors for me, but the greatest door it opened was the one inside me. Prayer changed me. Thank you, IWKB. Thank you, RD.

The When Women Pray challenge in December 2025 arrived at the perfect moment for me. As a clothing vendor, December is my busiest season, yet I experienced a supernatural shift. Despite the demands of my business, I was able to fast from Monday to Saturday and remain consistent in prayer—morning, afternoon, and evening. I was honestly surprised that I could be that busy and still stay so spiritually committed! Instead of draining me, the prayers actually strengthened and energized me. This challenge ignited a deep hunger for more of God and left me falling more in love with Him every day. My transformation has been nothing short of beautiful, uplifting, and amazing.

Before joining the International Women Kingdom Banquet, I felt clueless about my life’s direction and my purpose. My only true desire was to know God more, and that was when I found the link to this community, it arrived at the perfect time. Since joining, my spiritual life has been completely reignited. My love for God and passion for His mission have been rekindled, and I’ve found a new consistency in prayer, word study, and meditation. During the When Women Pray challenge in December 2025, there were moments when I felt overwhelmed and exhausted. But through the prayers and messages, I was reawakened. My vision was refocused, and I realized I could never go back to my former state. I want to say a huge thank you to my mentors and leaders for speaking life into me and ensuring my fire never goes out.

Attending the When Women Pray Challenge in December 2025 was a defining moment for me; it reignited my fire, renewed my purpose, and sharpened my focus. That particular week was incredibly demanding due to promotional exams at work, yet despite the exhaustion, I remained committed to every session and daily itinerary. One statement, in particular, shook my world: 'If you are not leading, you are not living.' This shifted my perspective entirely. I realized that leadership isn't just a title—it's a responsibility to those who look up to me. Through IWKB, I have grown into a '360-degree woman'—spiritually, financially, emotionally, and mentally. Joining this community is a decision I will never regret.
